Human Resources Office

Responsible for organs and units directly under the organization, personnel management, education and training, labor and wages; guidance, reform of personnel system to promote the provincial cultural system; study and formulate and organize the implementation of the province's cultural and artistic talent construction planning; in conjunction with the relevant departments to guide the cultural arts industry practitioners occupation qualification management work; commitment to the cultural and social organizations set up a review management and service department; responsible for retirees, guide and supervise the work of retired cadres of the directly affiliated institutions.
